A mission operations simulation is being developed in FreeFlyer to accompany the release of CAPSat from the ISS into its own orbit next month. The simulation will track and relay information related to the orbital parameters of CAPSat, contact times with the groundstation at LASSI, umbral shadow times for the annealing experiments onboard, and more. The image above shows the current state of the 2D and 3D visualizations for the mission.
